11 January 1683 - Bought property there. Hannß purchased a house, one quarter acre of land and buildings located next to the old city gate from his mother Marina. He paid her 230 Silesian Thaler over a period of eight years. He agreed to let his brother Meligior live in a cottage on the property if he returned to the area. Upon Meligior's marriage, Meligior would be expected to pay for it. Starting in 1688, when Marina became ill, the land payments were dispersed between Hannß and his brother Baltzer.
